Fall Congregational Meeting

CALL TO MEETING
First Universalist Church, Unitarian Universalist, Auburn, Maine

The Board of Directors requests your attendance at the special Fall Congregational Meeting of the members of the First Universalist Church on **Sunday, November 14, 2010** immediately following the worship service.

The agenda for that meeting contains the following items:

• Vote on the Budget (At our Spring Meeting, we did not have a balanced budget, so the congregation moved to hold this special Fall meeting to return to the budget.)
• Update from Social Justice Committee on status of micro-loan fund
• Presentation of the Rose Window Award

The meeting should be brief, so please plan to attend if you are able. It’s important that we have enough members present to make a quorum.

As always, members and friends are invited and welcome to attend all meetings; however, only members are permitted to vote.
